my ps3 suddenly shuts itself off right after i turn it on without any lights not even the red light.

Asked: my ps3 suddenly shuts itself off right after i turn it on without any lights not even the red light.

the light is red first when i switch on the power from the socket, it turns green when i press the power button and then after 2 seconds the light goes off..no red no green no yellow nothing! please help me
